GET HEARD DIRECTIONS:

Thanks for your interest in The Hip Hop Lounge. We need to get some info from you before we can get your track into the rotation.

Please send all the information below to DJWatts@hiphoplounge.net and put UNDERGROUND SUBMISSION in the subject area.

· MP3 of the artist’s music.

· Bio of the artist to be posted on The Hip Hop Lounges web site (100 Words or less) (www.hiphoplounge.net).

· Picture of the artist or Promotional Image to be posted on The Hip Hop Lounges web site (.gif or .jpg) (www.hiphoplounge.net).

· Authorization from the music’s owner to play the music on the station, clubs, and on Hip Hop Lounge Promo CDs.

· SAMPLE AUTHORIZATION STATEMENT: I {MUSIC OWNER} give The Hip Hop Lounge’s DJs full authorization to play {Track Name} on The Hip Hop Lounge Radio, clubs in which the HHL DJs perform, or in HHL promotional CDs.

The Hip Hop Lounge DJs will review all tracks received and determine which are worthy of airplay. In the event that a track is selected for airplay, HHL Staff will contact the artist and request additional information if needed.
